于桂君 習(xí)重華 西南科技大學(xué)信息與控制工程學(xué)院(621002) 摘要:混凝土裝載機(jī)進(jìn)行成品料卸料前的出料口位置視覺校準(zhǔn)是進(jìn)行混凝土裝載的重要的一步,目的是通過計(jì)算機(jī)視覺系統(tǒng),保證處于空間位置的出料口中心和處于固定位置的運(yùn)輸車裝料口中心重合。研究出一種采用人機(jī)交互的方法,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明該方法可實(shí)現(xiàn)裝/卸料口的準(zhǔn)確定位,縮短了圖像處理的時(shí)間,提高了混凝土卸料的速度。 關(guān)鍵字:計(jì)算機(jī)視覺,圖像處理,自動(dòng)對(duì)接,橢圓擬合 Before unloading of cement, a key step is the position calibration of the comment loading and camion. Its target is to eliminate the position errors between the center of the comment loading head and the center of the vision area so as to unload accurately. This paper presents a novel approach, using man-computer interaction to realize the position calibration. It can save time and improve speed.
