| 方萬 徐青菁 王勉煥 上海交通大學電氣工程系（200240） 摘要：介紹了以PLC為核心的金屬印鐵設備控制系統(tǒng)。主要包括控制系統(tǒng)硬件部分的構成和軟件編程。著重介紹了以PLC、旋轉編碼器等電氣元件代替復雜的繼電器電路實現(xiàn)自動化控制的方法，討論如何使用PLC內部豐富的功能指令進行同步運轉控制，為相關企業(yè)實現(xiàn)印鐵設備改造提供了一個經濟實用的解決方案。
關鍵字：可編程控制器，印鐵設備，同步運轉 Abstract：This paper introduces the control method of PLC in sheet iron presswork, including the design of hardware and software, which PLC and other components to replace relay circuit and realize the auto-control. We analyze how to use Function Instruction of PLC to control the Position in-phase, and provide a practical scheme for enterprise to refit old equipment.
