xTCA Standards Drive Growth In Embedded Market

July 27, 2012 -- Sales of xTCA boards are forecast to grow from $400 million in 2012, to over $700 million in 2016 according to a recently published report by IMS Research, recently acquired by IHS Inc.

This includes support for multiple high performance processors and 100 GB Ethernet.
